Pros

Ross is a great place if you value strong culture of diversity and a solid discount program, benefits for eligible Associates, and clear pathways to grow into leadership supported by internal promotions, plus structured training. The business is solid and continues to grow.

Cons

Middle level leaders are resistant to new ideas. There is a lack of diversity in certain parts of the company and at the senior leadership level considering who the customers are at Ross. They have different standards for different people and do not always promote Black and Hispanic people who are qualified. HR does not care about employees if you have a complaint so be careful if you have a problem.
