Pros

Starting pay was decent as a second job, but certainly not enough if this was going to be someone's sole income.

Cons

Management couldn't decide if our stocking speed was satisfactory or not. Standards also weren't consistent between team members. When asked how we could improve our speed they could never provide a straight answer or competent advice.
