Pros

The store managers are almost always very friendly and helpful. You're not ever going to be faced with a situation you can't handle.

Cons

The work is very tiring for the amount of pay you receive. It's not the type of job where you get to use your brain very often.

Pros

Very busy. If you like fast paced atmosphere, this is the place for you. Pay is average for retail, and discounts are good.

Cons

On the floor training from day one. Terrible customer service, for example. Greet customers as they walk in, ring up purchases as fast as possible, answer the phone, check tags, process returns, onstantly call for backup, chat with customers while watching out for theft, scan returns and go-backs, keep area clean and complete your assigned sizing all this all day until your shift ends!
