Pros

The company discount was the most beneficial thing I received when working for Ross. The only other thing that was positive was the store's concentration on customer service.

Cons

The cons for working for Ross included : 1)lack of initiative by leaders to lead 2)poor compensation 3)deplorable work conditions for workers, and 4)prejudiced environment.

Pros

There is a decent employee discount.

Cons

Management at this company is horrible from in store to high levels! There is little to no recognition. They are constantly breathing down your neck for the tiniest little things. Schedules constantly being changed at the last minute. Sometimes employees are not given breaks when they should be. Theft in this company is terrible. Pay is terrible and there is never enough payroll. Morale in this company is extremely low.

Pros

Really nice and friendly staff. They are willing to give you an opportunity. Very positive work place. I really like it.

Cons

Too much work for very little pay. You have a lot to do at the same time and the pay is just not good.
