Pros

Fast Paced, if you want hours you can get them, employee discount, getting to see new merchandise come in, incentives for being accident free

Cons

basically slave labor, it's considered a crime to get overtime, minimal raises

Pros

20% discount, friendly co-workers, diversity of employees.

Cons

Over-worked-have to cover my department, cashier, and cover other departments due to employee shortage. Few hours (10-15) week; managers get bonuses for reducing their budget due to corporate rules. Management replaces shortage of paper towels with toilet paper in lounge. Minimum wage in spite of experience and hard work.
