Pros

If you have a lot in common personally with the field leadership it's all pros. Most of the store staff is hard working and good hearted.

Cons

Favoritism, harassment, bullying, unethical behavior, foul language, screaming, threats , corruption, inconsistent accountability, disrespectful behavior that's the field leadership. Every level knows and every level dose not care and if you do you are quickly blacklisted especially if you again do not have a lot in common with field leadership.

Pros

Discount if interested. Great opportunities for those with only high school diploma.

Cons

If you are well-educated and seeking something fulfilling this is not for you. The company is not interested in its employees, just making money off of people.
