Pros

This company does a lot to make our culture great. In my branch, we have just that. We are like a family; we work hard, we play hard, and we try to do the best we can for our clients and candidates. Some pros: 9/80 schedules (every other Friday off), quarterly volunteer work during office hours, work/life balance (no overtime), non micromanagement, focus on "making life better for the people we serve", privately -owned. I love the lightening fast pace that keeps you on your toes and makes the workday fly.

Cons

I think the cons are more areas for improvement that I feel confident the company is or will address. I have used SalesForce for a decade in other companies and recently Roth moved to that CRM. While hiccups are expected and there was great diligence attempted, I think it has not been a very efficient transition. SalesForce will need a lot of tweaks to be an efficient and effective tool and I do hope these will come soon. Everything takes more time now and it really shouldn't. Beyond Salesforce, I think there needs to be more in person training provided by sales leadership to help us grow. The webinars we attend are okay but there needs to be more in person support.

Pros

Our Company Purpose is "To make life better for the people we serve". These aren't just words...this is a way of life for coworkers at Roth Staffing from the CEO to every field employee. During Hurricane Harvey, the Company and coworkers from our 100+ offices across the country donated money to assist Houston-based Roth Staffing employees and ambassadors who suffered losses due to the storm. Our management team was in constant contact with all coworkers in the Houston area during and after the storm. In addition, the Company contacted every single ambassador working on assignment with one of our clients to make sure they and their families were safe after the storm. This IS LIVING OUT the Company's Purpose! I could not be more proud to be part of a Company with such heart! Thank you Roth Staffing for making my life as well as the lives of many others better!

Cons

There is no downside to working for this company.

Pros

Houston was recently devastated, by Hurricane Harvey, many team members and the Ambassadors that we place on assignments couldn't make it into their jobs, Our fabulous Denver teams helped us greatly by covering our phones (for a week!!) Our corporate payroll teams helped us process time for all of the Ambassadors who worked, in our absence and In addition, our founder, Ben Roth and our CEO, Adam Roth donated $50,000.00 to our offices and our great coworkers across the country donated funds out of their own paychecks, to help our Ambassadors so they could have some income during this tough time! What a great company FAMILY that we are part of!

Cons

Not enough time in the day to get everything done that needs to be done in our industry- that's the norm though.
