      Pros

      I love that we take such care in our Coworker selection process. This is a very special place and we recognize the importance of selecting individuals that align with our Company Culture. Because we take such care in this process, we make great hiring decisions that result in a very tenured team.

      Pros

      Leadership team really cares. They go above and beyond to connect with all co-workers.This can be challenging when you have so many remote offices ( over 100). They take the time to connect with coworkers at all levels as best as they can. I admire that it is "top of mind for them".
