Pros

The best place to work, with the most engaged coworkers and amazing business partners. I love that I get to work with smart, fun, and loyal coworkers. Best place I have worked in my career, would highly recommend.

Cons

While there are no "cons" necessarily, I think it is always important to keep evolving as a company. We endeavor to provide the best benefits, compensation, flexibility and growth opportunities - there is still always room to improve in these areas.

Pros

Never have I worked for a company that has invested so much time and energy into truly listening to its employees and then actively implemented real programs and processes as a direct result of our input. I can tell that every person at this organization deeply cares about doing the right thing ... from the very top. It's unlike any other staffing organization out there. I am proud to work for this company.

Cons

The biggest 'con' for some people is actually a 'pro' for others ... it's the lightning fast pace and the required multi-tasking. Staffing is a demanding industry. The speed with which we have to work and the amount we have to accomplish in any given day can be riveting for some people and it can create great anxiety for others. If you're not built for this line of business and you don't have empathy for serving people, then you will have much frustration for the expectations put upon you.

Pros

Good work/life balance- overtime is not encouraged Decent pay and commission structure I really liked most of the people I worked with at my branch I like the concept of the company values just wish it was taken more seriously at the branch level.

Cons

I feel like there is a disconnect between the branches and corporate. And since upper management does not come visit but possibly twice a year. They really don't know how the branch is being ran behind closed doors. There is no continuing education- you are kind of thrown in the water and it's up to you if you want to swim or drown. It's a very stressful job with lots of moving parts. And if you do not meet their metrics they will very quickly get rid of you. The only way to move up the ladder is to become a manager.

There is nothing more we would like than to have you reach out to your next level manager so that we can better equip your branch office to be aligned with the overall culture of the company. Never should a coworker feel that fear tactics are being used. The majority of coworkers in our organization have shared that they do not feel micromanaged or pressured with fear and we certainly want you to feel that way as well. In terms of education, we hope you'll notice a big change as we roll out a multitude of development opportunities and continuous training for all roles (not just new coworkers, not just managers) in 2017. Your comments only make us want to be even better and seek out locations where some coworkers may not be experiencing what the majority of coworkers are celebrating. We appreciate your review very much.
