      They ALWAYS take care of their employees!

      Pros

      This company ALWAYS takes care of their employees. You can count on your team and leadership to look out for your best interest. By doing this, employees treat their customers and Ambassadors in a way that is unique to the staffing industry. As a customer or job seeker, you can expect a different level of service than other firms.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, we cannot place everyone in a position. Also, not a con for the company, but cultural alignment is very important to us. This is one of the top reasons I believe Roth Staffing is the best place to work. Unfortunately, not everyone will be the best internal match because of this.
