It's why the majority of Top Performers selected to attend our annual Hawaii Trip are local managers. It's why managers are asked for feedback on new and upcoming projects before anyone else. It's why managers pilot many of our proposed new programs before others. And, even though all other employees have the option of a 9/80 Flex Schedule except managers, it's why we award RAD Days to managers and provide several floating holidays for them to choose from. We agree that being a manager at Roth Staffing Companies is the most demanding role in the organization - and yet, the most rewarding in many ways.
