Pros

The company puts a lot of emphasis into making us stand out, not only from other staffing companies, but from all other companies as well. There are a lot of programs to build and maintain culture. There is a huge emphasis on only hiring the best and people who believe in what we stand for. A bad attitude stands out here and is not tolerated.

Cons

The staff is expected to do a lot, and there are too many programs and changes without enough training, however, that is starting to change and get better.

Roth nurtures strong & fun team environments in each of its branches. We have a clear roadmap to success.

Cons

Our technology is great for our customers and temporary ambassadors but needs updating for internal coworkers so that we can work at the fast pace we love.

It's all about the people

Pros

Roth Staffing is refreshing because the focus is on doing good things for people. The focus is always on "what is the right thing to do?" This philosophy shines through in every facet of our work. Always perfect? No. But missteps are a learning experience and an opportunity to move forward. There is a company wide pride in our company as a whole, a pride in who is sitting at the desk next to you, a pride in the people we work with. I have never seen a group of people more committed to growing in the same direction. The company is phenomenal at taking enormous risks to make life better for the coworkers. Flexible hours in this industry are unheard of, yet we jumped in fearlessly, truly standing behind work/life balance as a value. The incentives are terrific, both the extremely generous bonus plans as well as the "spin and win" and Pride Points and regional contests. The approach to ACA is exemplary. Another point of pride for us. The support from our corporate team... marketing, legal, accounting... is unmatched. Again, everyone committed to growing in the same direction.

Cons

The commitment to and focus on a strong structure sometimes overshadows and overwhelms the company and acts as a bottleneck to productivity. Some systems in place are so complicated and restricted, with multiple steps and layers of approval, that the focus is changed to clicking on the right button and why what you want to do isn't it working instead of the discussion you're having with the customer or the Ambassador. We need everyone thinking about the people instead of the process.
