      Pros

      - you're employed, which beats the alternative -great alternative to the 'traditional' types of sales jobs. yes, this is a SALES job.

      Cons

      -LOW base pay. $38K. The bonus' don't become relevant until MAYBE after a full year, if you're good. -this is a sales position. The company couldn't care less about the candidates. They're just numbers to this company. -They make you memorize a silly company objective thing that they don't even apply internally, although if you let them tell it, they do. -Unprofessional environment. Constant talk about religion and politics. Racist jokes included. -No growth for a person who is truly trying to advance their professional career.

      Pros

      Roth Staffing try's hard to be a Mission, Vision Values focused company. Competitive Salary with lucrative bonus potential. Very responsive MIS department. Fun, energetic and innovative marketing dept.

      Cons

      Poor channel of communication between Departments and Management. Lack of planning, organization and support decreases efficencies, engagement and individual growth of superior talent.

      Too much micromanaging

      Pros

      getting the day before a holiday off. there wasn't many pros. I am happy I was able to leave before they started mass layoffs

      Cons

      commission structure was terrible, lots of micro-management, training was terrible, version of salesforce being used is dated. two managers of color in the entire state of florida .. yay for diversity
