Pros

Decent salary (no commission) and decent benefits and paid time off, sick time. You'll learn how to source for candidates and post jobs properly.

Cons

Talent Acquisition Specialists aren't treated equally in terms of perks as they aren't given RAD days (free day off) on their birthdays like other employees and aren't eligible for the flex schedule. You also don't get commission even if several of your own organically sourced candidates are placed again and again. They win you in with saying the role is meant to be promoted as soon as the person is ready, but even with several months of great performance they will continue to hire people with sales experience from the outside and they won't promote you. If you want to be a recruiter and you just came out of college or are new to the industry, I wouldn't choose Roth/Ultimate. They'll make you start out as a Talent Acquisition specialist which is a sourcer, and keep you there if they can. If I could do it over I would have joined a different agency that allowed you to earn commission right away and learn the recruiter role as soon as you can.

We know it's not uncommon to get poor ratings on sites like these from competitors in disguise, so we hope we can convince you to provide more details in order to verify your review and to point us to the region in the company where you experienced these problems -- what things can we do as an employer to make it better. We truly want to be the very best place to work and value the input of former employees as we continue this quest. Your review provides no location, no job title, and no details that allow us to improve or correct issues. This review also makes it difficult for a potential employee to get a feel for your experience. You can also contact our corporate office to provide more details - we have an open door policy with full discretion.
