We would LOVE more information! We've never received the feedback "not enough work" - LOL! We hope you elaborate more in your coworker survey? (We're not sure if you indeed are an internal coworker at one of our offices or are a contracted tempoprary employee on assignment?) If you are an internal coworker, you know that our Customer Experience team thoroughly reviews each and every comment submitted during our engagement surveys. Or, if you feel comfortable, we hope you will reach out confidentially to someone in HR. Let us know how we can make your experience better. We genuinely want to create a work environment in every single branch office where people LOVE what they do and the people around them. Thank you for taking the time to submit this review

Pros

Roth Staffing offers a warm environment truly dedicated to fostering coworker success and growth. They will invest in you and work to help you develop so long as you show dedication to what you do. I had a wonderful career with Roth (via Ledgent) as someone completely new to recruiting, and sincerely appreciate all the efforts to help me grow and develop.

Cons

You do such a wonderful job promoting workplace morale and a positive culture. Focus on improving operational inefficiencies and work on truly equipping your staff for success. This includes improving technical resources such as the database/crm system, ensuring offices have fast and consistent internet, and providing better training on systems from day one to ensure that you are really setting folks up for success.

Pros

I have been with the company for over 2 years. This company really focuses on the ambassadors (candidates) and making sure we aren't just putting a warm body into an open position. The company also does a lot to support the community.

Cons

It's nice to have upper management be hands-off, however, I wish they were a bit more involved with more than just the branch managers. I don't feel like I could go to a district manager to discuss issues with direct manager since we rarely hear from the district managers.
