Pros

Training solid, some coworkers are excellent

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE, do not focus on production but on meetings. Roth pits their employees against one another so back stabbing is very common place. All surveys are to be filled out by every member of the office or branches do not meet metrics. Favoritism with management is there only strategy. They have no respect for their "ambassadors" and treat them awful.. Branches encouraged not to let light industrial candidates be in waiting room with accounting and finance candidates. Local and Regional management do not know or believe in the MVV.

Pros

Great people with big hearts working extremely hard to be successful. The people that work in the branch operations believe that we are in business to make life better for the people we serve. It isn't about making money it's about making a difference

Cons

Doesn't matter how hard you are working; If the dollars aren't there than you are viewed as incompetent. Very good at telling you what to do but they have no idea how difficult the job actually is and they don't care. As long as you are making money for them all is good.

Thank you for your comments. I agree with your advice. I think our company does believe in people but we can always get better in helping people better achieve the desired outcomes. It is always a challenge determining how long to believe in that person's ability to be successful in a role or responsibility. We look at activities, results, cultural alignment, engagement, and so much more and it is still difficult. Your message does not fall on deaf ears.

Pros

Professional - Good attitude with employees.

Cons

Not many jobs available. I dont think their goal is to get as many people employed to help the unemployment rate. I think its based more on their commissions.
