Pay and benefits are above average, and other perks and incentives are also on par with companies having global reach.

Cons

Nepotism is an issue, and customization of global best practices to change for local market dynamics is done for optics versus actually providing a better approach for the business. Managers are more concerned with keeping their job than challenging the status quo and doing what is right for the business. Not competitive with alternative products, which is a risk to business as very low market share and penetration within leading non-combustible categories within local market.
