People stay in the same jobs for a long time here without a way to move up Working for a cigarette company will make it hard to get hired somewhere else. Also titles are really bad and junior like everyone is a manager no matter how many people you manage so once you come in then you are trapped. People always talk about how hard we work and how we need to work at night and on weekends but management team doesn’t care and doesn’t make any changes even tho we say the same thing every survey

bad management, bad culture, supervisors have no leadership skills, blaming culture, no development plans, no job security , Management doesn't have direction , Finance is the worst department to work for , lobbying and bad politics. Don't value experience
