      Declining industry, no room for growth

      Pros

      Some really good ppl that have been with the company for years. good amount of vacation time

      Cons

      Middle and Senior Management are not supportive. Strict, tough, adversarial, they don't mentor their team. Act like everything is so important, but the company is forced to micro manage to create marginal opportunities. Mired in number crunching, no real innovation or entrepreneurial spirit. Senior Managers are out of touch and just warming a seat.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Treated everyone like they were appreciated. Lots of small things that really added up for staff.

      Cons

      It still is a tobacco company. Long hours can happen, but they will lead to extra time off.
