ROTTEN TO THE CORE

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Solid benefits, and a few genuinely great colleagues.

Cons

The company is caught in a downward spiral marked by incompetent district managers, weak and uncompetitive products, and a complete disconnect from market conditions. Leadership sets impossibly high targets that only a small fraction of employees can reach, fostering frustration and burnout rather than achievement. Demand for the products is steadily declining, yet management responds with tighter control and micromanagement, stifling creativity and initiative. Without strategic direction or adaptation, the organization is trapped in a cycle of poor decision-making, falling performance, and worsening morale.
