I was going back and fourth about what to write here, and I found a tweet that describes the situation perfectly. "It's been a year. If your organization is still in crisis mode (on fire every day), and hasn't shifted to utilize resource, reestablish systems and empower front line staff to be effective, the real crisis the org is facing is one of leadership..."

While I appreciate the opportunity to have worked at this company, my time there was marked by significant challenges that impacted my mental health. Unfortunately, I found that the higher level staff members were not receptive to learning new technologies, and instead seemed to be focused on playing games and engaging in manipulative behavior. Behavior from higher level staff was also childish and very 'high school' like behavior. Additionally, these individuals frequently talked down to me and made me feel like I didn't belong at the company. Overall, the toxic work culture at this company had a detrimental impact on my well-being and my ability to perform my job effectively.
