If you're hired to do a job, but that job required your direct management to approve/greenlight/thumbs up your plan, you're crippled. Management is afraid to pull the trigger on anything due to the fear of being responsible for a change that might not work. This leaves you stuck with nothing to do, no way to execute. There is also a "boys club" of women who have worked together previously in other roles at other companies, who follow each other around. Becomming part of this "trifecta" of women is impossible.

Probably the worst company I’ve worked for so far in my career. Toxic workplace with no work life balance. No one appreciated me or gave me any recognition until my very last day. I cried almost every day for an entire month before I finally decided to leave. The team I was on was understaffed and they said they would hire more help, but never did. The compensation did not compensate for the amount of work I was doing. My manager was not supportive or understanding. They were great at advocating for themselves and progressing in their career than for their direct reports. Unnecessary office politics that could be avoided. Overall would not recommend working here.
