Pros

At first glance, this job sounds great for a sales person, but quickly changes. If I had to pick a pro, it would be the freedom of outside sales.

Cons

Where do I start? Driving your personal vehicle. Zero leadership with little to no management. No sales training. Minimal training for the position in general. Zero focus on customer service, and only focused on the monetary aspect. Leads are not equally distributed. If you're new, good luck! If you like flying by the seat of your pants with zero direction or training, this is the job for you!

Nothi g- zip zilch nada- co workers make it tolerable but upper management makes it a nightmare

Cons

No training, condescending rude managers- they dont train then they complain when the job is done iij correctly and have no problem complaining to fellow co workers about each other- condescending, rude horrible and h r doesn't care- but the kicker was when management went through personal desk space just because and h r condoned it because its company property. Horrible place to work!!! Anywhere is better!!!

To many family members work here and if your not family you get the small left over jobs Management comes to work drunk or hungover and treat you like dirt
