You can make good money if you work hard

Cons

You pay for your own van You pay for your own gas sometimes, if the amount they reimburse you isn’t enough Manager is uncaring, and extremely rude They do not care about their men who make their money for them. If your van breaks down, you’re screwed and out of work- because they WILL NOT help you. They will promise they’ll train you to earn more money, and they never make the time to do it. One excuse after another. Family life is non-existent if they’re in a busy season. And they will change your schedule without your permission. You could be scheduled from 7-5, and before you’re about to be getting off work, they switch your schedule so you can’t clock out much later. No one talks to you about anything, you’re just left in the dark.

Can make decent money but it’s commission only. There are other ways to make a few extra bucks there but not as much as they make it out to be

Cons

Branch manager in Columbus is the absolute worst. Constant texts in all caps telling us how bad we are all day long. Very unprofessional

Hard satisfying work. A lot of highway driving and traveling across radius. Lunch breaks. You get what you put into it. Always striving to reach higher goals. 1 week paid vacation after 1 full year of employment. Extremely Lenient attendance issues with valid excuse.

Cons

Always can do better attitudes. Never satisfied. Arrogant leadership. Treating customers as merely just a number. Poor Work-Life Balance.
