      too much stress for not a lot of money

      * good benefits * potential to make money * a yearly dinner for reaching sales goals for the team

      Cons

      * unprofessional staff all around ( 90% of co-workers have a bad attitude), poor communication from office staff, dispatchers, and some members of management * car allowance doesn't cover expenses weekly * favoritism to senior estimators * poor pay structure * dealing with a lot of angry customers, with no oppt. to sell... * company money from your paycheck w/o an explanation * language barrier between reps/ and lead techs * hard to have a day off, and enjoy it, stress free w/o hearing from someone * nextels ( 2 way press to talk) and the party on the other side ( unresponsive, never gets back too, or gives attitude)

      Dedicated employees Hard-working management and support staff that truly care about customers and employees Competitive wages and working hours Clear, motivating, and achievable goals set for each team/employee "Open Door" management policy with responsive and empathetic leadership Opportunity for advancement within the company - from any level Well-recognized brand associated with quality and professionalism in the marketplace Increadible corporate office support staff

      Technology is somewhat lacking and efficiencies are sometimes lost due to cumbersome systems Sometimes great technicians are promoted to management positions when they are not good managers - and they burn themselves out Dispatch and customer service operations sometimes fail due to technological / system restraints (however improvements are being made every day)
