None worth mentioning. Terrible company

Cons

Pay is based on how many jobs you can sell and do and certain leads are picked out for specific techs. Full commission, no base pay, very rarely pay you what is owed without having to have them fix it. Cheat customers and their own employees. Management versus employee mentality. Minimal training of apprentices. Poorly kept equipment that takes sometimes 8 months to fix when broken. Managers take any type of constructive criticism personal and are stuck in their own way. Management has minimal experience or knowledge of the business they run. They will share your yearly salary with other employees. No one works as a team it is an Everyman for themselves environment.

There is always work to be done.

Cons

There is a lot of work you end up doing that you don't get paid for. Since it is commission based you are encouraged to find the most expensive line items on xactimate and complete those tasks even if they arent needed.

Pros

I would never work for anyone else but the current GM and his staff. The care he and his staff have about there employees is genuine and appreciated. Family and health come first here then business. Since this management team took over 3 years ago, I am making more money than I dreamed of, and so is everyone else.

Cons

The current GM and his team have grown this location so much that we need a much larger space, he deserves it and so do we.
