Awesome atmosphere to work in if you love the service industry!

Cons

The pay decreased more than it ever increased. The ownership likes to point fingers and complain about not making any money while the workers never actually get their opinions heard.

They had a good bonus program and a staff that wanted to learn and better themselves and the business.

Cons

The management program of Beach Pizza Management is a work in progress. Anything from changing the management structure daily/weekly to putting people that weren't experienced or qualified in certain positions.
