Pros
The hourly workers are usually hard working and intelligent college students. If it weren't for their efforts this job would be much worse.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant at Rotolos. Anyone who has been associated with Rotolos knows what I am referencing. Promotion of unqualified employees to management positions is a regular occurrence. One particular instance sticks out in which an hourly cook had to train his own boss and after 6 months was still having to do food service orders for him as he was incapable.
