World class products. Comfortable work schedule. Flexibility in work/life balance Stock payouts annually Bonus annually

Cons

Highly stressful environment if you are customer facing. Products do not ship on schedule and supply chain is never able to answer questions. Lower tier pay scale compared to other companies in the same role. Constant turnover and tenured employees leaving the company month after month.
