Very relaxed environment and culture. Employees are empowered to share their ideas and the company is extremely diverse. A lot of positions are in hybrid setting. Competitive benefits (in my opinion) but could be improved.

Cons

IT needs some help and improvement (though I think ITs are a common problem is most organizations). Needs some standardization in a lot of aspects which is currently being worked on. Compensation is fair.
