Pros

Corporate like environment with a family style flair. Fast paced work load which makes the job very exciting. Great team spirit, lots of company events to uphold the amiable Rotork culture.

Cons

A good career advancement program wasn't present during my tenure. General compensation is on the low side for the industry standard.

People are nice, benefits package is okay, health insurance, dental and vision included. 401K after 3 months of employment. Hybrid attendance 2 days from home , 3 days at the office, overtime pay.

Cons

System process is all over the place, too many external databases forces everyone to work harder not smarter.
