      Decent pay. Bonus is determined by General Manager. No incentives.

      Cons

      High stress, very little training, outdated ERP system. A lot of Managers who oversee large groups.

      Good connectivity across the globe, international travel and exposure to global supply chain. Polite staff, some bonus structure available.

      Cons

      Things move slowly for certain aspects of the business. If you're a smaller part of the business, you often get overlooked or ignored for long periods. Dallas site is now closed.
