Fantastic place to work, opportunity to work with global teams, to work on world class products
Cons
* Synergy between global teams lacks the punch to push products out rather quickly; * Time to market for new products is very long (of course these are industrial grade products that last really really long), but still from inception of product idea to market is pretty long owing to development processes. Plenty of leg room available to speed things up. * R&D doesn't have much flexibility in pursuing projects with laser focus to innovate (possibility due to cost and budget cuts. Hey! Which company doesn't try it now-a-days?? Hopefully times will change & there will be more freedom to pursue new innovations which will be funded!!)
