      Pros

      Corporate like environment with a family style flair. Fast paced work load which makes the job very exciting. Great team spirit, lots of company events to uphold the amiable Rotork culture.

      Cons

      A good career advancement program wasn't present during my tenure. General compensation is on the low side for the industry standard.

      Pros

      There is job security here. If you just want a brainless 9-5 job, this is a great place for you. Literally any moron can get a job here, which I suppose is a good thing for people desperate for a job.

      Cons

      If you want to be challenged and work for a reputable company, this is definitely not the place for you. People at the top who have been here for many years have the luxury of security and run the place like dictators and hire people based on nepotism. There is absolutely no flexibility. The few smart and intellectually curious engineers leave when they realize how much better they can have it at a better company. Pay is extremely low (but what else do you expect in Rochester).
