Thank you for your review. It's always a fun benefit to have when you're able to bowl 3 times a week!

Pros

-Flexible with your hours but it would look great on your resume if you work full weekends during the summer and weekdays during the school season (more likely to get hired this way) -Have a good pay that gives a lot of hours during the busy season (Summer and late spring) -Have the potential to be given raises based on how hard you work and how long you have been with the company -Easy to rise and be promoted if you work hard and diligently in the job -Majority of the coworkers are very nice people -Management has your back when it comes to difficult customers -The job is fairly easy for what it pays

Cons

-Work hours are cut heavily during the slow season (winter and fall) -The work environment could potentially become toxic. What I mean is that there are few people with higher authority that likes to gossip and spread rumors. You have to be wary of who you talk to or it could come back to bite you in the butt. -Some managers are biased in how they act and treat some employees but most of the time the treatment is very subtle. -It is a customer service job in an entertainment environment that is open at very late at night hours, where alcohol is also served. Be mentally prepared for drunk customers. -You can no longer play ticket games or crane games one you start working there until you quit and no longer work for the company. -The benefits are not that great. You get 3 bowling games a week and you can only use it for yourself and only on weekdays. You also get 30% off from the food court. Yup, that's it. The other benefits they list on the website is only given to full-time workers who are mainly supervisor or higher.
