6yThank you for your feedback. Being a mechanic at Round 1 comes with many daily challenges, and we appreciate the hard work you've been putting into your facility. Our hands-on training program is great for those wanting to get into the industry! We are aware that the starting pay may be lower compared to other mechanic positions, but we pride ourselves in providing growth and the best learning experience possible.
