Cons

being a nurses aid they gave you a lot of patients with a little bit of help from the supporting staff like nurses or physical therapist.

Great benefits. Great staff. Everyone cares, everyone works hard. Great community, everyone gets to know each other. HCA is a great company and so is St. Davids.

Cons

Seton pays a little more it seems like. But St. Davids has so many extra perks and benefits.
