Pros

It's a great restaurant to work for, for young adults who are looking for their first job. Students who can't work full time. As a delivery driver tips can really add up nicely. Get a nice discount on food!

Cons

Not really a job you would want to stay for too long. Pay doesn't increase much and even when you move up in position the pay isn't that great for the amount of responsibilities.

The amount of tips is great.

Management is horrible. Constant miscommunication and confusion you can tell the owners of this particular company dont care about their workers Its honestly an unsanitary and unhealthy environment to work in They need a new health inspector Make sure you count your earned money, it could possibly not get returned ( Freeport Round Table)

Can be pretty flexible with scheduling/vacation time. Also, the people can be fun to work with. Definitely a good job to get supervisor experience in.

Cons

There seems to be a lack or care from corporate and raises can be a joke. Some of the managers get away with a lot
