The company tries to create a good culture however it has always struggled to do so ... just because leadership states there is a good culture doesn't mean it exists. Values are aspirational at best. Roundstone's visionary suffers from SOS (shiny object syndrome) and lacks empathy ~ which has a significant negative impact on moral and culture. Decisions are solely focused on maximizing profits with little or no regard to how actions impact employees' lives and their wellbeing. It is not uncommon for employees to break out in tears during meetings after being berated by upper management.

Everything else. Management is a joke. I remember when I started there, there we so many red flags that I ignored. The main one was on my second day my manager told me that if a certain person (also a manager )doesn't like you, this person will completely stop helping you. I should have ran right there, but I didn't. Management is beyond toxic. The CEO gives me a creepy feeling. He is narcissistic and doesn't care about anything other than $$$
