Employees are offered little to no autonomy. Leadership rules by fear and expects you to be a "yes man." Even if you are experienced professional, your knowledge is not valued by leadership who thinks they know better.

The company and management portray this imagine about how wonderful and fun it is to work there but it is far from that. The culture has been toxic for years and continues to be. Employees are extremely unhappy and have been for years but are afraid to say anything out of fear. Most new employees get really upset after a few months because they feel they were dupped when they took the job. When employees leave (quit or get fired) they never have anything nice to say about the company or management. How many positive comments here or on other platforms that discuss how happy they are or were at Roundstone. The core values of the company and senior management are aspirational at best ~ I don't think there is any sincerity in what they tell employees ~ it is just a ploy to take advantage of employees or mislead them.
