The retention of employees at this company is extremely low for a reason. High turnover is caused by a lack of communication, support, burnout, and company culture. The majority of the staff are new employees including management. In my years of employment with Roundstone there have been many employees that are not permitted to work their full two weeks upon giving notice, causing a hindrance on the staff and training. Burnout is common and the base salary is low compared to other competitors in the area (including the non-guaranteed bonus). Annual/performance reviews are not accurate. Upper management should listen to employees concerns and act on them. Hire employees that have experience and are familiar with the industry. Growth is good, but growing with the right staff is essential.
