The company is growing quickly and there are a lot of opportunities for career development and growth. They are also very willing to teach and coach people from outside the insurance industry. They encourage employees to bring up issues and ideas. Great bonus opportunity, free personal training, very good pricing on health benefits, and low cost healthy lunch delivery.

Roundstone is a company that has very specific plans for growth. You would think that employees would be excited about that, since that means more opportunity for them too, especially in an environment where our bonuses are based on company performance. But, some people don’t like change. The negativity in the reviews below is from people who wanted things to stay the same. They didn’t like the growth. They didn’t like changing the status quo. Bottom line… from the top down Roundstone cares about their business, their employees and the culture they promote. It’s an amazing place to work. Is it perfect? No. But please… show me something that is. You willi find that 99% of employees are very happy here. That 1% that isn’t is very loud though.
