Pros

Keeps you on your toes with projects of varying types. Lots of overtime opportunities if you are willing to work it. Have had good interactions with management.

Cons

Workload can bury you if you let it. High turnover of projects can sometime prevent any reward at seeing something to completion.

No real pro's it was a job paid the bills. Lots of friendly people, that are not happy with their job too. So you have something in common with your fellow man/woman

Cons

Sub-standard Health care, Pro and dangerous work environment, Sexual harassment from senior management (Female) Pay 15 to 20% below average for the same type of work. Ask and sometimes told to do overtime, but don't want to pay for overtime, and send people home early so they don't have to pay for that over time. It is a cliquey company, you are kissing butt, and you might get to move up with the same pay most of the time. If you are female in the IT Dept you are going to be "in"
