Cons
Management is horrible. Excessively toxic environment. Management/Company in general does not care about employee well-being. Blatant nepotism and favoritism. Direct-hire employees earn significantly less per hour than contract employees with no opportunity to increase earnings. Any raises are based off how well you are liked by management, not performance.
