Same bonus for 30 yr skilled or 1 day button pusher,more overhead than actual laborers, lack of steady work,overhead get more overtime than actual money makers,bullies and brown nosers get away with doing less, smokers,tokers, drinkers get more breaks,raises aren't associated with experience or seniority,supervisors given positions based on Butt kissing not experience .

Cons

No opportunities for advancement, continued learning, or training even though it’s advertised. You’ll be trapped in the role they choose for you with no opportunity to work on anything else. Mandatory overtime when projects inevitably go over budget/time since they’re trying to churn money on the next project.

Never paid what i was worth Make your money in overtime which is not always a guarantee Bad planning and management Constant bad programs- would have to change a decent amount Organizational issues You can never get a straight answer out of floor manager and program managers Ordering the right tools for the job is a constant hassle Ordering anything to make a job correct is a hassle You would think as a big company these issues would not arise
