      Pros

      Family-like culture with a true consideration for work/life balance. Fair industry pay and very helpful in career development.

      Cons

      Semi-antiquated PTO policy with limited annual allotment of time off between vacation, sick, personal, and bereavement. Not unfair, but in a world where more and more companies are adopting a more liberal unlimited PTO policy, it seems this is a bit old school. Not a deal breaker, however.

      > Thoughtful leadership > Tech leadership is forward thinking and very receptive to new ideas > Freedom to explore ideas and make mistakes > Several opportunities to learn > Work environment is welcoming and culturally diverse (they are very intentional about it) > Overall benefits and bonuses are generous

      For my specific role, my least favorite thing is the constant context switching, but that comes with my role as an architect
