      Pros

      Health insurance was good and affordable

      Cons

      Worked there for 5 years...was unhappy almost every single day but couldn't leave the job due to few personal reasons. The upper management never listened to me, what I had to say, about my requests...my complaints were thrown out the window. They don't care if people leave or stay...I was told by HR right on my face that anyone and everyone is replaceable and comes with an expiration date. I am happy that I left that stinking hole place...I would give it -ve rating if given an option.

      A good place to learn but they play favorites and expect you to have no life outside of work.

      Pros

      They really do teach you a lot. There are plenty of resources to learn what you'd like. There is also a good amount of work.

      Cons

      They reward workaholics who choose to lead no outside lives. This is NOT a family friendly work environment which is not good in today's society.

      Good to start but don't stay long

      Pros

      Easy to learn and do field work but when you get into the office have to hunt for billable work. Depending on the job will get a good amount of OSHA trainings

      Cons

      Pay- expected to work over 40 with a "bonus" that is not equivalent to hours work Company trucks need replaced Always hunting for billable work Come in on weekends to prep for Monday work Location of office in very far south NJ Management will not give you the time needed to meet and discuss goals or issues and surprise things at you. 95% of sites are in NNJ.
