Pros

Great place to work with a great group of people. The company has a lot of talent and you can learn a lot from others. The work environment is relaxed but challenging nonetheless.

Cons

The company is growing and this has caused a culture shift. Some of the staff may feel "lost" in the company without a clear path for advancement. Advancement opportunities largely depend on the people that you get a chance to work with.

My internship with Roux was a great way to test the waters of environmental consulting and confirm that this is the right career path for me. I learned a wide array of technical skills from various projects which left me excited to begin my career at Roux after finishing graduate school.

Cons

Working in the field during the winter months isn't pleasant, but Roux provided space heaters and hand warmers for a little extra comfort on site.
