      employee-focused, team atmosphere, safety oriented, clear path to growth and career development, honest and forthright annual performance review program, one-on-one mentoring, good pay with annual increases, good bonuses, encouragement and support for female employees,

      significant amounts of field work and travel in the early years, long hours are the norm, very strong focus on utilization, no tuition reibursement
