      Pros

      Roux is a professional and growing company that invests a lot of time and resources into their employees. They encourage growth and want you to be challenged every day. There is support when needed but micro management is not prevalent. If you provide a great effort you will be rewarded and recognized. Roux is unique as it is a profit-driven firm with a family environment and feel to it.

      Cons

      As in most businesses there are times when the priorities can be overwhelming. Managing all the different ideas and unsolicited input can be slightly aggravating (again happens everywhere)

      Roux has a great work environment, internal network, benefits, and work quality/ expertise.

      Cons

      Only con I could think of is the long hours for Staff level employees. However, that is standard in our industry and Roux compensates your time well.
